What is AONL?

You are eligible to join AONL Hawaii if you are a registered nurse who meets one (1) of the following criteria:
Is accountable for strategic, operational and/or management outcomes (a) in a site where healthcare is delivered, (b) in a health care association or agency, or (c) in a private health care enterprise’;
Holds a specialized administrative position which provides consultative, educational, or clinical support services to nursing administration;
Holds a position involved in evaluating compliance with nursing standards for an accrediting or licensing agency;
Is a faculty member in a nursing program;
Is retired from employment and is a former AONL Hawaii member; or
Is an “aspiring leader” in nursing.
